4. Brokerage Agreements

Both parties acknowledge the scope of work and fee structure.
General communication or website inquiries do not create a client relationship.

REFUND POLICY
1. Brokerage Services
Brokerage commissions earned after a completed sale or purchase are non-refundable.
2. Aircraft Evaluations
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once performed.
3. Photography Services
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
No refunds for completed media work.
4. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
At our sole discretion, deposits may be credited toward future services.
5. Incorrect or Missing Information
No refunds apply if inaccurate, missing, or incomplete information prevents us from performing services.
6. Force Majeure
Weather delays, mechanical issues, or uncontrollable events may be handled case-by-case.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Early Termination / Withdrawal Fee
Early Termination Fee
If a client elects to withdraw, cancel, terminate, or remove their aircraft listing from Allred Brothers Aviation for any reason, prior to the expiration of the agreed listing period, the client agrees to pay Allred Brothers Aviation a non-refundable $1,000 Early Termination Fee.
This fee is owed regardless of whether the aircraft is sold, and is intended to compensate for time, marketing costs, media production, and administrative work already performed.
Payment is due immediately upon withdrawal of the listing.
